In July 2004 shareholders who bought, sold or otherwise acquired shares in the Company during the period 6 August 1999 to 6 December 2002 received documents from Garden City Group, Inc relating to the settlement of the claim entitled "In Re Cable and Wireless plc securities litigation".
A copy of the document headed "Notice of Pendency of Class Action, Proposed Settlement, Settlement Fairness Hearing and Motion for Attorneys' Fees and Reimbursement of Litigation Expenses" is attached.
In July 2006, Garden City Group, Inc. confirmed that they had recently completed the administration process and the next step would be to prepare and submit their administrative reports to the Court. Further information will be posted on this site as received.
